Ruihong develops and manufactures monofilament filter screens and filter cloths, using materials science and weaving technology to serve demanding process conditions. The company's range covers filter screens, seamless candle filter cloth, filter cloth, and woven filter mesh. Materials include PVDF, PFA, PTFE, PPS, and nylon (PA), with products made for strong acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance.
The seamless candle filter cloth is woven in a continuous tubular form, so there is no stitched seam along the sleeve. This keeps pore size and thickness consistent around the full circumference. The woven filter mesh is available in different mesh counts, opening sizes, and formats to suit specific equipment designs.
These products are used in the chemical, automotive, food, and semiconductor industries. Typical uses include electrophoretic paint filtration, edible oil refining, and ultra-pure water filtration.
